There are a number of reasons when data should be removed, and these instances must be proven to have been removed, including: 1.  It’s original purpose has been fulfilled, and is therefore no longer required to be kept. 2. An individual withdraws consent for storage of data. 3. An individual objects to the processing of data and you have no legitimate grounds to continue. 4. The data was unlawfully obtained or processed. 5. A legal obligation requires the data to be erased. 6. The data relates to information society services to a child.
